ed2000 ... you know, ...

what all I'm hearing from you, and not unlike many others here, is clearly indicative of not having done any research or paying attention to anything that Mr. Shareef has been sharing with all of us shareholders, otherwise you wouldn't even be making statements and asking questions like those you've just expressed.

Mr. Shareef clearly indicated in his very first conference call that he had spoken to some of the past investors who expressed their willingness to provide the capital necessary to take the Company to cash flow positive which he "hoped" could be achieved by mid 2014. Even being referred to as an "industry thought leader" by other respected CEO's doesn't mean he can predict the future, like many here seem to be able to do. Also, as plainly reflected in the latest press release, there were only two (2) "INSTITUTIONS", that provided the $5.2 million ... he's kept his word that he in no way would ever enter into any toxic financing arrangement !!

Now, how could they possibly be profitable at this stage of the game ??? ... knowing that should be a given to anyone who knows anything about how start-ups work !! And as far as hearing about other companies in the business making money, I can only say you must be listening to the wrong person ... both FUEL and RUBI have been in business for 6 to 7 years and neither have yet even come close to being profitable. I guess when I asked, would anyone here rather own ADTM or FUEL, I'm assuming you must have thought FUEL despite the fact that lawsuits are being filed almost daily against the company.

Do you or anyone else know of a single platform that can accommodate app developers, publishers and other content providers on the "supply" side (SSP) and agencies and brands on the "demand" side (DSP), plus have the Media Graph that allows both to "manage the content" (CMP) and provides for syndication and monitization of that content ??? I highly doubt it as even I haven't been able to find one, and who here has tried harder than I have to find one ?? Oh, and did I mention having "a network to discover opportunities" and "a marketplace to transact business and services to enhance strategies" ???

I don't have any doubts about ADTM's ad services as being one of a kind, and I'm confident that it is the best. Now, that being said, I'm certainly not saying that ADTM will get all of the big accounts out there, but keep in mind that the Company is laser focused on the two fastest growing segments, mobile and video, in the multi-billion dollar ad serving ecosystem. I'll even take that a step further by saying, I wouldn't be at all surprised if ADTM became the destination of choice for many of those companies seeking to publish and advertise in those two very markets. As it stands now, mobile and video are considered relatively small, single digit billions of dollars, and it, too, just like ADTM, are considered to be in the nascent stage. That's exactly the reason Mr. Shareef said ...

"Our timing couldn't be better. Mobile video consumption is growing at an estimated 40% year over year. With the clear movement of users to a multi-screen approach, publishers are struggling with multiple vendors to meet this demand. Our single source solution addresses their concerns and allows them to maximize this shifting trend in usage."

Remember this ...

http://www.clickz.com/clickz/column/2362611/compounding-challenges-for-the-digital-publisher

and the Eight (8) challenges that publishers are facing ???

So, when I said that ADTM has all of those 8 bases covered, I said it because as Mr. Shareef said ...

"We have a proven technology and infrastructure".

I think that should be rather evident now with the signing on of POPSUGAR ( http://www.popsugar.com/ ), Reuters and Yahoo!, all contributing content to ADTM's growing "Premium" (quality) inventory ... and that's not to mention the signing of a revenue sharing syndication agreement with Facebook !!

Now, if you don't like any of those companies, and if I may suggest ... just sit tight for a bit, because I think you'll be hearing names of some other customers which I think you will like. Also, in Mr. Shareef's CC he mentioned that the Company is already preparing for the 4th quarter and the upcoming holiday buying season.

So, why not cut the Company and Mr. Shareef some slack and see what transpires from here now that ADTM can ...

"aggressively take our end-to-end multi-screen video solution to market." ???

After all, wouldn't you think that Mr. Shareef, his advisers, management team and employees could overcome the highly complex engineering challenges to develop the only "true" single ad serving platform without working their butts off ?? I mean, since no one here has any idea of the kinds of obstacles they faced, why not give them the benefit of any doubt ... I certainly think they earned that, but of course, that's just my opinion.
