Drop in share price is from dilution. All companies experience delays in business. But the vast majority don't see their share price drop 90% during a 2 or 3 month delay. The stock dropped 90% because the outstanding share count has tripled in a very short period of time and notes continue to be converted at a very low market cap. Having the outstanding share count triple during a 2 or 3 month delay is not normal nor is a 90% drop in share price a normal event. These are not normal events during a 2 or 3 month delay so stop trying to defend it.
