It's the accounting principles of it rather than the losses IMO. How can a phenomenal product be used to mask poor business practices? By management deliberately fudging the books. It would appear that they took out bad loans against shares and then paid themselves via the accounts receivables. This conduct is unacceptable if I am correct.
