DB, I believe there will be a 20 for 1 split. If Cantor prices the deal at around a buck a 20 to 1 would bring the stock to around $20 and based on current S/O company valuation is around 500 mill. Now one must would assume some dilution on the $70 mill raise but one would also need to assume what will CVSL look like by years end meaning what other acquisitions are on the table because what other reason would they raise the money for other than to secure financing and why would they be willing to value the company at $500 mill at this stage. So lots to look forward to but lets be clear on from what little we know at least we can know that if they want the stock at $10 or $20 that will determine what the split will be. Im happy either way makes no difference to me.
