Why is it naive? Should they sit on their hands until the Ebola crisis is over? If they can deliver part of the solution, why wouldn't Kallo present it to the US Government?

Their products can also be used for natural disasters and other unforeseen events. Our federal, state and local governments spend a lot of money annually for these types of products and services.

Why not buy from Kallo?

Not being critical, just curious.

"It's naive to think that Kallo invests a load of time and money into building medical infrastructure in West Africa then gets side swiped by an ebola breakout that puts the building of infrastrucutre on hold to deal with an emergency situation and then just a few short months later picks up the phone to somebody in the US and says "Hi, you don't know me but Guinea committed a load of money to us, can we have some of your money, we can help deal with an emergency AND build healthcare infrastructure"
