Pete to my knowledge they can't mention anything about VLN or Low tar to nicotine ratio either. They would have to find a more subtle way to catch people's attention. That's why Santa Fe was such a genius idea and in all honesty that cig tasted way cleaner than any other cigs I have tried (I am not a smoker but will take the occasional drag). I don't think slapping a silver, black, red etc will do it. Hopefully Henry has something up his sleeves. C stores are where the cigs are sold at. My guess is tob outlets are second or third so I find it interesting they are only targeting there...perhaps that's why they are allowed to play on the field to begin with. "Stay out of C-stores and mass merch and you can come play...). ???

Side note Family dollar is going to make a killing off cigs.
