When I spoke to the representative handling division orders at Devon in June, she stated that they could not proceed until the stipulations were signed, then the division orders would be completed and sent out. Until then, they wouldn’t know what the percentage is for each investor was.

As for the stipulation agreement itself, SOG’s lawyer told me last week that this was the stipulation agreement that Devon’s title attorney Ok’d to be sent out.
