your wrong.. Maybe with 2.5b-3b issued a RS will be needed. This redwood deal will make or break EWSI.. US opps are key to this secured debit.. My best educated guess is we find out in the next few weeks....All along the company has stated US operations will be profitable within the first year....someone is putting money at .0005 with Q3 just about closed...
