1. Dan show me your past accomplishments that make you qualified to be CFO other then posting on this pinkie board for the last 7 years?

Dan has already supplied this information.

2. Dan, how much in supposed private placements have you actually made over the last 7 years as you have claimed on this board?

Dan's private placements are of no concern to us as whatever he has invested in the past will not relate to success of this stock.

3. Dan, how much has the supposed recent group given to the company?

Dan has stated this will be shared - This is a material event and he could not reveal this information without a PR event occurring prior to the data being discussed. I would say give Dan sometime, I dont know, say a month or so, and I am sure this will be addressed. If not, I will be the first one to turn on Dan because communication is his selling point to me.

4. Dan, which CPA firm have you engaged?

Dan's PR stated they are working to interview/access the correct firms. This in turn tells me he is making a break from the past again, and getting his peopled lined up. Couldn't be handled more professionally in my opinion.

5. Dan, which Engineering firm have you engaged?

See above - 2 weeks is not enough time to make a sound business decision. I am certain we will know via a PR when Dan is comfortable with the engineering team and one has been secured.

6. Dan, what happened to the SOE report?

Scott probably screwed it up. In my opinion and guess SOE is a dead deal, and not much if anything will be spoken of it from the company again. The past is not going to bring success.

7. Dan, what happened to the Houston plant?

The question should be" Scott, what happened to the Houston plant?" I would wager that Dan had the same question prior to joining the team. If we all remember Dan was organize a talk with Scott through his lawyer. I believe this states clearly answers were required to Dan one way or another.

In my opinion only of course.
