I have seen posts on ATVI trying to alert. Although, I am sure, like many boards, when folks see new folks posting, they may simply block because it looks like an attempt to bash and manipulate. Additionally, WDDD is a pink sheet company. A marksman hearing simply is a hearing in their eyes. The case may or may not move past the hearing. Unless the company alerts their investors or they actually do DD, vice day trade, I doubt posting something on ATVI message board will have much impact. IMHO
