Notice at the end of this pr they've included an "investor relations" phone number. Not surprisingly it leads to a recording saying they don't talk to investors. Exactly the type of "non relations" you keep with those you are about to swindle in a fifth "devastating" reverse split. In my opinion of course! Try the number folks, and then read the pr again and prepare to wait again through yet another increasingly massive torrent of dilution. IMO.
