Has Anyone Run a D&B on Gunther Grant, Grant Newsteder and Marcie Allen? You want to pull a credit report on ANY small firm you invest in.

Some banks will provide an occasional free Dun and Bradsteet report to good customers. Or there may be a modest charge.

If you're investing a significant amount of money, definitely ask your lawyer or accountant how to check out a company. One thing's certain: you don't research a firm by relying on anonymous online posts or unaudited financials.
