"You don't know for sure anything"... you don't even know if they have any meetings. Given they're BROKE AND HAVE TO PERFORM A RS, there's a chance they haven't met in a month.

You say ALOT OF FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS. You sound more like a promoter...gotta chill out a little. Look, any day now, hundreds of people will lose their asses, and won't care to hear your optimism. Just sayin', the "bromance with Russ" is out of control.
