Remember, REVO has a licensee who is responsible for meeting the costs of infringement actions. And that licensee has reportedly recruited one of the top US law firms to negotiate licenses and settle infringement cases with BIG companies, like Microsoft and Google.
Ron Carter and Solomon Ali claim that REVO has a Big licensee with big lawyers and, together, they are striking fear into the heart of 70+ infringing companies.
So, why is it your wish that REVO should find an up and coming law firm to go after small companies for patent infringement?
