GBTO is hijacked by Joseph Arcaro who has filed with state of nevada, otcmarkets.com, done a 1 for 58 reverse split and issued 23m shares after it(if the share structure is correct).
He did not even try to get this shell!

He could not dump these shares, the real ceo found out last week and tries to get control back.

Where is the sec in this case?
