It's naive to think that Kallo invests a load of time and money into building medical infrastructure in West Africa then gets side swiped by an ebola breakout that puts the building of infrastrucutre on hold to deal with an emergency situation and then just a few short months later picks up the phone to someboyd in the US and says "Hi, you don't know me but Guinea committed a load of money to us, can we have some of your money, we can help deal with an emergency AND build healthcare infrastructure"
