It's the dilution solution. Insider enrichment. Don't forget page f-9 where the going concern warning is. Did you take a look at the accumulated deficit? Fully $99,xxx,xxx. The history of the company? Riverboats, mining, oil, now pharmaceuticals? All the classic stock fraud schemes. This one has it all. Imo
