Xite Energy is the operator all EPA has is a 250 acre lease they contracted with Xite to punch 10 holes in da ground hoping to find 2-5 BOE/D per EPA estimates...

More than likely the land owner gets a cut as does the operator for all that has been disclosed CYBK may not even be the majority WI owner.

Which will make the lease harder to find. Kinda fits the MO of this shell game scam no matter who the front man is.
