No expectations from the board that gets the same benefits and their deferred shares they were likely promised but not delivered until now. It's a "get it while you can" mentality at that place it seems...ps: like the company that preceded it, the tech is vaporware or else it would be prominently displayed, touted at events, demo'd online and customers would use it...real verifiable clients...not part of some shady merger, stock bath massacre. Media Graph re-purposed website does not count.

This stock will never rise above $3.00 again - my prediction.
