Congrats if you made profits today, but I would take most of those profits off the table before the bell.

If the case did settle, then Huffy/Klein just got paid something, somehow, and there's a lot of uncertainty still about what that will do to the PPS in the coming days/weeks.

I have a pretty good guess though...
