So, The Good Doc may not be here anymore but QR codes could and most likely will play a part in his grand vision, even though not as big a part as we had liked, apparently. I do believe though that he did license the patents.

That said, anybody curious where The Good Doc is these days?

In addition to Health 2.0 next week, he'll also be on the cover of Forbes the following week.

Parent Company? Tracking Stock?

What is a Parent Company? What is a Tracking Stock?

That must mean the whole shebang - NantWorks, LLC - must be going public FIRST before it can IPO NantHealth, LLC as it's FIRST TRACKING STOCK.

Why didn't he mention how the Parent Company is going to go public? Why doesn't he mention the Parent Company going public at all?

Must mean that NantWorks, LLC must be going public some other way besides an IPO, otherwise, he could've and would've stated so.

Since he didn't, that logically implies that NantWorks, LLC must be going public via some type of RM. But w/ what company? Does he own any shells like I was hoping he'd take control of NEOM?

The KEY is to dig dig dig to find out if he does. (see below)
