I didn't know about CEO Evans formal educational background before, so that's a nice tidbit. Kind of blows the External Influence argument that he was stupid and didn't have a clue what he was doing.

Without all the torpedoes, snipers, and armchair experts undermining the operation at every turn, he just might have pulled it off too. Any suggestion that kind of thing doesn't matter or doesn't hurt anything is just a manifestation of the denial that comes with a guilty conscience.

Kind of like a double dipping politician stressing how he "broke no law" to double dip. Ever notice how the guilty always go right to "the law" to demonstrate how "innocent" of wrong doing they are.

Doesn't mean the politician wasn't a dick, just means he could hide behind the law (he wrote) to mask his crimes.
