UHMM Consulting is the revenue source. My point is depending on the total parameters of how the fee is paid it truly could take a lot of info to clarify. Other co.'s don't spell out their entire plan word for word so it seems the expectation for it to be done is not how any co. would do it.

If it was straight forward perhaps but as the consulting deal could have many levels of income source depending on when the services are rendered how would you ever project the income from that or even clarify in a few words.

You were talking abut the 95M shares issued. Those shares issued could have to deal with this deal or others upcoming or for services provided in the past. The statement only indicates that 95 M shares have been issued and not that the shares were issued for this deal. Really 95M is less than 1.5%or the total AS so really a small value relative to total AS.

If you sold your shares good luck on your other trades. Really if you sold the approx. 30M this morn it probably hurt your chances at a quicker pay pack on your remaining half as it took out all the support which may have bought in and crated the increase in the pps. Sometimes traders or even investors can be their own worst enemy. No animosity to you though as it is your decision.
