There is nothing wrong with this, in my opinion, as long as it is a fair business option. I suspect that it is type of compensation that was required considering the Company s market and history. Full disclosure in a timely manner is what is required.
If the Company issues this information along with the received amounts and the committed amounts it would be a promising "something" as is being asked for.
The sooner the better as the Market is asking for some concrete information as I see it.
