Last time I checked a CFO did not need to be a practicing lawyer, so the disbarment should have no effect on the CTO being lifted. If his disbarment would be truly detrimental to GCE, he would have stepped down by now, since he is one of the largest shareholders. I am sure he would do whatever is in his and GCE's best interest. The shareholder update recently released states that GCE is 100% behind the CFO. So, even though I agree with you that it puts him in a bad light, it should not affect the CTO in any way. If you have information to the contrary, please share.
