Use of the HP or the CS filter?
So, it appears it could depend on how quickly a doctor gets to the patient.

But this(HP) applies only to infection, and not trauma or surgery (heart).

It seems reasonable that in certain instances, that the simultaneous use of both filters would be needed/desired.

Maybe one day the two will merge, and work on a flow(s)-coordinated bi-filter device.

It's still lawful to dream.

Harvard/Gov't can't get these to west Africa NOW?
