11:28 EDT ACTG, IDCC, VHC Acacia Research, InterDigital slip after appeals court vacates VirnetX award
Shares of VirnetX (VHC) continue to move lower after the ruling and are now down nearly 53%. Shares of InterDigital (IDCC) and Acacia Research (ACTG), which similarly license and enforce patents, are down nearly 2% and over 4%, respectively, following the ruling in VirnetX's suit against Apple (AAPL) and Cisco (CSCO).
