The idea that the JV requires them to buy shares of MDMN is to say the least preposturous and if they believe the current share price is not a discount to their eventual option price we are not going to get much for our shares.

So where is the volume you would expect from a buyer like AURYN and why is the price dropping?

It doesn't look to me that they are accumulating any great amount of the float.

Why they informed MDMN that they would be buying MDMN shares on the open market is beyond me unless they will only do so after they receive the results of the drilling program (which they will get before anyone else).
