Buying out shares......

There has been a lot of talk about buying out shares, specially from members defending CPRK and whenever someone vents out their displeasure, another member would post a reply stating they are ready to buy out their shares...
My question is for all the buy out proposals being made, how do you actually buy shares which are De-listed and cannot even be processed by a trading house???
