I understand there are 2 near term goals:

1. Regarding financing, Dan sent me the following comments when I asked him ca 1 week ago:
"The details of the raise will be provided to the shareholders in the near future. Both the gross amount and the terms of the transaction will be released. I won't be releasing the specific shareholders names who participated in this transaction in order to protect their right to privacy. However, I can tell you they are a diverse group (multiple countries around the globe and different parts of the United States) of existing long term shareholders of the Company. These funds are not subject to any formal conditions but were provided to the Company based on the development plan which was provided to shareholders today and the confidence these shareholders have in me personally; that I will execute that plan and will communicate effectively with shareholders."

2.
Complete Metallurgy Studies: The Company has retained an engineering firm to conduct a Facility Pre-Feasibility Study relating to the metallurgical analysis of the ore at Nemegosenda. To date, significant progress has been made towards the completion of this study and its completion is a near term goal.
