One problem with this theory...logic.
Why would the MS, a stakeholder, one of us, except can't sell(just 1 % in 90 days), with controlling interests in the Co., agree to this business model when there is no way they or we can benefit from this absolutely, unequivocally, notwithstanding, IMPOSSIBLE to increase values business model? Why would MTWD have invested so much for a loss? The Titanic while it was sinking?
I do agree with one point you made which is no profits on this 10K. Don't see how the Co. could have accrued that much revenue between the previous 10Q and June.
