Sometimes it's the who said what and when...many investors remember Pat saying he sold half his shares at $1.30,so right or wrong, some found his posts to be disingenuous at best. But I just don't believe it myself,how could anyone think that someone who took a .50 haicut on his shares... would then be smart enough to hatch a plan to get those shares back by posting a simple personal speculative opinion raising questions as to the validity/timeline of a Sept. TSA order...having read his other posts ,it's just inconceivable to me that he could think this chit up on his own ,,,sorry.
