Well, whether they are getting commission or not means nothing. And i'm pretty sure if Kyle started giving %s of the treasure to everyone, working for or w the co, pretty soon there'd be nothing left of any treasure they may find.

And it seems that guilty by association is the insinuation made by some. Trying to link anything that may be anything, or nothing at all, to Kyle. Also meaningless IMO.

And one of my favorites is the whole TA thing. I wonder if the TA has other clients too LOL. I'm pretty sure they do and no one has ever had any issues or found any wrongdoing on their behalf. So who cares ? Why all the effort to make something nefarious out of something quite normal and in fact, rather logical. Let's see, if i had a business and could give business to a relative, would i do so or not ? HHHHmmmm, such a difficult decision. Come on !!!

And of course, links of information put together by other people trying to make more out of any connection than actually exists, is straight bullshit.

So Kyle helps to start a co, no longer has anything to do w the co, and then the folks running the co have issues and somehow it falls on Kyle ? Come on !!!!!

I also find it quite humorous when it is stated that the last lawsuit filed by Kyle and SFRX yielded nothing. How this new suit will also yield nothing. How, both, the last on and the current one are a joke. I, for one, beg to differ. The lawsuit actually did quite a bit for SFRX. For starters, it put an end, IMMEDIATELY after the judgement was issued, to the original defendant's incessant and illegal badgering. And a court of law decided that the actions by the prior defendant were, indeed, illegal. Maybe that is not viewed as a victory by some, but i'm pretty sure the court system and Kyle Kennedy did find it as a victory. One in which Kyle's and the SFRX name was cleared AND one which put an end, once and for all, to the libelous comments. For some, their reputation is very important and being accused of all manner of deceit does not sit well w them.

Perhaps this seems like a joke to some, but the court system did not think so and surely, the prior defendant is not laughing and if he is, it's not on any public message boards.

Seems like a pretty big victory to me and vindication for SFRX and Kyle Kennedy.

Now, to address another " issue " for some. The whole if you knew you had a treasure wreck why would you give it up ? Well, if one knew they'd never be able to get the permit to salvage the site or if one was not able to raise any more money to work a specific site, what would a rational person do ? Would they hold on to the site, a site which they've perhaps had the rights to for a decade or two knowing they would never be able to do anything w said site ? Or, once you see a company come on the scene which seems to have a stellar relationship w the state of Florida, would you reach out to the co which can not only get the permits needed, can navigate the state " waters " but can also raise the funds needed to work and has the ability to continue doing so ? Seems like a no brainer to me.

If one is actually looking for answers they are not so hard to come by. It is not so hard to come to a logical, common sense, conclusion on all of the " issues " which are constantly brought up. That is, of course, if one is actually looking for real answers and the truth.

Also, while i'm at it, i think i will answer another question which keeps coming up. NO, the co HAS NOT found any substantial treasure. At least none which they have, to date, made publicly known. So, hopefully, but i doubt it, this will put an end to the need to ask the same question over and over and over. NO TREASURE HAS BEEN FOUND TO DATE.

Have a great day everyone. Looking forward to making progress on several fronts here w SFRX.
