Time for this clueless BOD to wake up and grow up.

They think the short sellers can't hurt this company? Are we that arrogant already?

The problem is this. Once the stock drops more than 30% in one day, then the securities shark bar will be all over you. You don't even get a chance to defend yourself. Then the regulator will be all over you. Institutions will dump the stock as they are not interested in the truth. Shareholders will be all over you. Nasdaq too (or OMX, or whatever). Everyone! Enter the PAIN zone.

Just give them one reason, Dan. Like issuing stock for a P/E of 3.

Nobody is interested in hurting the company now. Not at these levels. But once you trade at 100% of book value (P/E of 2 or 3) it becomes a different story.
