>>ACCUMULATION VS DILUTION, THE TRUTH

For some reason some people seem to think that there is accumulation going on. There is not. OTHM's figures on the chart other than daily volume and daily prices are all inaccurate and misleading. OTHM has a gagged TA. The last time S/S updates were published was on March 31, 2014. The computers that calculate and generate the charts you see use this obsolete data. OTHM's share structure is currently estimated at

A/S - 3 billion
O/S - 3 billion
Float - 2.5-3 billion

This information is not reflected in the TA, OTC Markets or any other publicly accessible source because OTHM has chosen to gag their TA from providing realtime information and because OTHM has chosen to submit their Q2 filing as late as possible. They are several months delinquent already and that is why you are unable to find out what the share structure was as of June 30.

On June 30, you might have called the TA or checked on OTC Markets to see that the S/S was looking like this

A/S - 2.01 billion (NV SOS today)
O/S - 1.82 billion (3/31/2014 filing)
Float - 714,028,518 (12/31/2013)

however, in reality OTHM released 11 million super preferred shares and started converting them and releasing them into the open market. Additionally, any shares they diluted and sold during Q2 from April to the end of June are not reflected. It would have been a mystery at the time. They accomplished this because the state of Nevada allows for backdated filings, coupled with the fact the the TA is gagged and they are delinquent. What a triple KO on transparency, wouldn't you agree?

Accumulation measurement is dependent on a constant S/S that does not change. It reflects accumulated volume levels as shares are dumped or sold at lower levels, thus building a larger support grid to slow downwards progression and encourage an uptrend.

Unfortunately, when you have a stock that perpetually goes down because the company is selling massive numbers of shares, there is NO ACCUMULATION. That is simply murdering a stock and building a tremendous grid over the current share price because now you have proportionally larger blocks and positions of shares growing stagnant at the older prices. Both retail and individual investors suffer from the dilution and are determined to break even or get some of their losses back by selling as soon as buying pressure reaches their average price. Only issue is, as the company dilutes the stock, the blocks get bigger and harder to break and new investors refuse to take positions because they know the company has a toxic and perpetual dilution dependence and will ultimately continue to fall until no bid is reached.. followed by a R/S and a repeat of the process.

There is no accumulation, and OTHM will NEVER run again. They are suffering from the consequences of diluting shares at unnaturally inflated prices back when this scam was sitting in the .002s or the mid-001s.

Just my opinion, BUT.. if you look at my history making OTHM calls, maybe you'll see a pattern.
