I called the clerk and the response is you need to contact Circs attorney to see if The judge sent her response. He said she does that from her office not from the bench and hasn't seen any thing. I sent someone to check electronic docket and nothing had been scanned as an update which triggered my call.

Need to wait and see if a Press Release is in our future. Based on .0004 today and the volume tells me someone already knows we got a favorable ruling.
