What news is likely due out soon regarding financing will probably be more specific share price offerings of dilutive financing related to S-3 filing(s). It may not be good for price in short term (especially if they price it below current market), but it will at least make the cash issue more clear & solved, and probably will create a buy opportunity.
Unfortunately trying to time this stock lately has been a problem as it has been a sideways bleed.
I still think in approx 4th quarter there will be upside with good news events in terms of hope for a trade, but that could be a ways away while this thing lingers downward
