Matt's claimed revenue, net income, etc., but has never claimed a profit. Matt leaves that up to the consultants to make false statements.

The "bottom line" has always been a loss and "cash provided by financing activities" has always been king except 1 year, but the bottom line was still a loss.

Matt's been here 10 years through 3 "companies" with at least 1 RS and 10 or more AS increases and it's about time for another change in direction.

GL in making a profit with this share selling scheme, Matt hasn't accomplished anything with any of the 3 "companies" he has been the CEO of here at BCRAP.
