I would have to disagree with your statement that a company can't put out false statements year after year and get away with it. Take MSITF for example. They claimed to have products, contracts, revenues, and profit. Lots of profit. This went on for years. Despite all the claims of profit, the stock went down the toilet and is at no bid. Haven't heard a peep from them in over six years. The claims were only put out in press releases, never audited financials. But boy, those press releases sure sounded GOOD. There is lots of juicy DD if you care to look into it further. Incidentally, MSITF was Boca Bob's last venture before this one.
