IMO, getting up to date with the filings should not be an insurmountable challenge especially considering they hired someone specifically for that task. It should not take as long as we are apparently waiting for and I say this because I agree with your sentiment about the "negative vibes".

I also agree with your positive sentiments regarding the company as a whole. The worst case scenario is they get bought out as the software is out there and operating at least in a few places. I can't see that effort going to waste and is why I can still hang on because there is some value here.

The length of time it is taking for this company to get it together and see Landon's dream to fruition is becoming a concern. The longer it takes, the worse it gets. I've stated in the past that I believe 2014 to be the pivotal year for Quture. It is still 2014 so here I still sit. I hope for everyone here that they end the year on a very positive note.
