This thing has been through the courts a couple years ago. The judge ruled that the ticker BHUB can never be traded again. Who know if it can if ticker is changed. Before that, the only place that would take the shares was some bank out west, but I think that stopped. As far as relating it to selling a used building: If you want to take that thought, the judge condemned the building and said it can't be bought or sold. Do a google search for BHUB court decisions and you should find it. Was a couple years ago.
