Some technical analysis……
Hope and Wish are negative words, since they express the idea of lack of control of the outcome. E.g., “I wish it would stop raining.”, or, “I hope his plane arrives on time.”
The inference drawn from these statements is that it’s a high probability that the event will not happen or at least may not happen, and we have no control over the outcome. That makes it tentative, and that makes it negative.

As for the statement, “…humongous reverse split …odds are ....we fail….” can not be construed as anything but negative.

However that doesn’t mean this company is the same.

The above quote is a cautionary statement. Cautionary statements are inherently negative. I have never seen, “Caution this medicine will have no ill side effects”. More apropos, “Caution, this stock is reporting everything and is up-to-date". Cautionary statements are delimiting and restrictive and therefore, inherently negative.. I'm not implying that all negative statements are bad. But posts based solely on emotions are not helpful.

As a personal note, I consider a 350/1 R/S de minimis when compared to the usual destructive Pinkie split of 10,000 or 20,000 to 1.

Obvious bashers and pumpers notwithstanding, everyone is entitled and welcome to post their considered opinion, regardless of whether positive or negative. Fair and balanced educated opinions help everyone.

We invest in a particular equity because we have a positive attitude. If someone’s opinion changes, it is time to reevaluate their position. Negative posting is a way to superficially take control of what someone perceives as a negative situation. They can look back and say, “I told you this was a POS”. However, this does not eliminate their dilemma.
Did I have a stop-loss in place?
Did I ignore my stop-loss?
Do I know how to read basic technical analysis?
Do I know how to read a basic P&L statement?
and most importantly…
Is my temperament suited for Pinkie trading?

If someone can’t answer “Yes”, to all of these, my suggestion…get educated, get an entrance/exit strategy, get positive, or get out before you incur heavy losses or an ulcer.

Once I thought I was wrong; but I was mistaken.
