Yeah I saw that.It appears this is on a short leash.

I'm concerened that as a american citizens we are not being allowed to view public filings per the freedom of information act cause we got nothing really since the filings by Shapiro 2/28/14 reply to the counterclaim expect the 7/17/14 stipulation agreement.

We already know the court expressed its concerns early regarding the dissemination of this case being viewed by the public and rephrased the wording (Seal) on the record.

This is my decision and order with respect to the motion by defendants to seal:

I'm going to permit or allow the financial numbers,dollar figures to be redacted from the complaint.

Then it goes on to say that branch of the motion to seal the record here is denied.I'm not sealing anything here

To me thats back tracking after his decison was alrerady made to clear up the meaning of redacted and seal so hes not be overturned on appeal.

We all have been damaged is my point not just the company Intellect.We all have legal rights even the defense or criminals.

This is getting older older and older and here we sit destroyed.I'm not lol.
