Here are three distinct differences:

1) He served our country which we all should be thankful for.
I am grateful for the service of veterans in general; however, any specific veteran is neither more nor less honorable than a non-veteran just by virtue of being a veteran. I know of one penny stock that had a real honest-to-goodness been-to-the-moon astronaut and veteran as Chairman of the Board for all the good it did it!

2) He has an operating business key word operating.
According to Florida's SOS, he has many business, both active and inactive. Exactly how operational or profitable they are is unsubstantiated.

(And I seem to recall that Oren Manelis was a "Harvard and Wharton grad" on this board a year ago. LOL)

3) He merged a different operating company into a TGGI subsidiary.
The value of which remains to be seen and won't be until mid-November earliest.

These are just a few, I am sure there are many many many more distinct differences between Nathan and the former CYBK fellows.
The most problematic issue I have is that Nathan has already done at least one "deal" with CC. His choice of 'bedfellows' is...questionable at best.
