Someone claimed that more revenue would help Molycorp. When you look at the history the opposite is true. The demand for Molycorp's products is very inelastic. More supply hurts prices which is why the more Molycorp sells the more they lose. It's also why their expansion paid for by borrowing was such a MAJOR CORPORATE DISASTER.

Management took a profitable company with little debt and turned into a huge money-loser with huge debt.

Molycorp: Horrible balance sheet, poor prospects, and bad management.
