100% correct. Commercial websites are definitely marketing materials and you cannot just use whatever pics, videos, audio, verbiage you want...

Copyright violations are abundant with commercial websites and legal pursuit occurs on a regular basis.

are you saying a Co related web site is not a commercial venture, with the aim to make money???....I have a different opinion on that....I'll bet Steven Spielberg does too, if it's only not to be associated with a 2-bit non-film maker.....

movie clips and songs get removed all the time for copyright violations, even if the intent was not commercial promotion of another product....
