Turns out Harry Gelbard uses the (Corporate name) Bridgeton Holdings LLC. and he is the one in the PR that owns the rights to the Denver "Master Franchise"

I just put 2 & 2 together & found the only "Bridgeton Holdings" that a "Harry Gelbard" was/is involved with.

Plus this may mean something. In this article Jim V. says he took
his company public in (2006), & Harry's corporate entity was filed approximately eight years ago on Monday, March 27, 2006.
Though at the time "GreenTree Financial" (as per this article) was working with Jim. But who knows. Maybe (2006) is when Harry & Jim met.

Vowler said (in same article) "he's familiar with South (Florida)", & "Harry's" corporate entity "Bridgeton Holdings, Inc. filed as a Domestic for Profit Corporation in the State of (Florida) but, is no longer active.
