Being in default is not a big deal imo. If it goes to revoked that is when the company cannot operate. They need to pay the fees before it goes to revoked status. When you see permanently revoked, then it is forever in Nevada. It is cut and dry. If you dispute it, call Ross Miller, Secretary of State, Nevada. Their number is on the website.
