Not so-if it was a scam the FDA would already have pulled the plug.

The FDA is above reproach- they ONLY care about product safety data.

Its still a good investmentment- just don't jump in until we hit bottom- probably 3 months from now....Its going to be an ugly 3-4 months- but then so was Arena Pharmacueticals until they got labelling clearance a year after I bought it.


The puzzle here is keeping the Co alive without doing a Death Spiral financing with some Gypo "Hedge Fund" in the Caymans that take us to trip4 or something awful.
