I can speculate why ECDC s payment is delayed. Maybe they are doing other priorities like working toward installations , so they are staying on track for profits. Rollouts are expensive. Guaranteed news will break and even then, speculation will run in every direction!
Wise for ECDC to continue with pilots of approval schools.

Not an advisor but hear that long term Anxt can be pretty unhealthy. (???a decade???) GLTA. Yesterday the license issue was repeatedly addressed. May want to read yesterday's posts if still wondering. All said here IMHO! Love the video.
